When you take your car or van in to the garage for a service, it probably annoys you that you pay your money, pick your car up later and it looks and feels… no different!
In other areas of life, decorating for example, you’d not pay a decorator to come to your house and for it to look exactly the same when you got home! However, we cannot over emphasise the importance of having your car or van regularly serviced.
Why? Because prevention is far better (and cheaper) than cure when it comes to motor vehicles.
Yes, modern cars are reliable but fluids and components do wear out which effects performance, fuel efficiency and can cause long term damage to both your vehicle and your bank balance! Therefore, a little TLC now and again is incredibly important.
We service all makes and models of cars and light commercial vehicles and are accredited to stamp your service book to ensure that your “full service history” is maintained. We can update all Digital/Online Service Books to keep your warranty validated and your service history up to date.
When our customers bring their cars in to us for a service, we’ll agree what we are going to do and how much it will cost. We then do exactly what we have said we will; nothing more (so you won’t get unexpected “additions” on your bill) and nothing less (unless something really doesn’t need doing, but we’ll advise you of this and adjust your bill accordingly). We’ll explain to you what we have changed, tweaked and adjusted when you get your car or van back and we’re even happy to give you the bits and pieces we have replaced as a souvenir.
If something has deteriorating on your car over a length of time, it’s highly likely you might not notice it. A rumble, knock or lumpy engine, poor handling or spongey brakes can all gradually worsen and it is highly likely you just grow accustomed to the way your vehicle drives.
As vehicle maintenance experts we’ll hear, see or feel anything untoward loud and clear! With every service we will give free, honest advice as to what needs doing and when it needs to be done (this often includes “nothing!”) and, importantly, how much it will cost you. This isn’t to generate us work – we’ve always got lots to do – but so that you can plan maintenance and avoid those nasty surprises that cars and vans sometimes spring on their owners.
We can update all Digital/Online Service Books to keep your warranty validated and your service history up to date.

Top Tip:
How often should you get your vehicle serviced? It depends on the make and model and how much you use it. At the very minimum we suggest twice a year but why not give us a call to discuss your particular needs?
Our advice is free and, we hope that you, like our many satisfied customers, will soon appreciate our honest and transparent approach to vehicle maintenance.
